SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping: Orders are carefully prepared and normally shipped within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Once shipped, customers will receive tracking information. Delivery times vary according to the shipping carrier and destination. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been accepted for shipment. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe promised, customers will be notified and provided the options required by applicable law.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Returns & Exchanges: We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Unworn, unwashed and unused items in their original condition may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective, damaged, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when required by law or when the error was ours.

Refunds: Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned merchandise has been received and inspected. Items that have been worn, washed, altered, stained, damaged after delivery, or otherwise rendered unsuitable for resale are not eligible for return.
